Wayne Coleman is the principal Director of W. Coleman & Co which was established in September 2000.

The company was established to mirror his strengths and the experience that he has acquired during a decade as an Associate Director of 'John Charcol', one of the largest finance brokerages in the UK, brokering funds in excess of £1.5 billion per annum. Whilst there his role was instrumental in forming a separate division of the company that established its business through associate companies with which partnerships were built. The division at the pinnacle of its success provided a third of the groups profits.

John Charcol sold the business in 2000 for approximately £100 million to Bradford and Bingly Plc.

In addition to broking finance, Wayne has worked closely with major lending institutions to establish niche areas in the market and provided initiative on product development and placement. One such initiative resulted in developing a loan book in the region of £700 million.
