SATCH PATEL

Satch is a qualified lawyer, having trained at the international law firm Pinsent Masons LLP in London in 2010, following which he entered the real estate finance industry with United Trust Bank in 2014 where he worked his way up to a Senior Business Development Manager role.  He was subsequently headhunted as Head of Sales for a new alternative lender providing short-term and development finance to clients in the UK, where he developed their national sales strategy, recruiting and managing the wider sales team. He joined W. Coleman & Co in 2018 where he is predominantly responsible for deal analysis, transaction management and lending relationships
